Meet the Team
The Division of Infrastructure and Operations provides a number of important services to support the bck体育app_bck体育官网下载-二维码平台 community in its teaching and learning, research and administrative functions. It is comprised of a number of departments: Residential Operations; Administration, Finances and Procurement; Facilities Servicing; and Infrastructure and Operations Systems.
Facilities Management(previously known as Estates) is involved in the operational management of Rhodes bck体育app_bck体育官网下载-二维码平台's facilities, including Building and Electrical Maintenance, Grounds and Gardens Maintenance, Fleet management, Campus Protection Services and provision of Civil Services.
The customer [client] is the most important visitor on our premises. S/he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on her/him. S/he is not an interruption in our work. S/he is the purpose of it. S/he is not an outsider in our business. S/he is part of it. We are not doing her/him a favour by serving her/him. S/he is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so (Mahatma Gandhi).
