She completed the Mentor Training Program on Community-Based Participatory Research at the bck体育app_bck体育官网下载-二维码平台 of Victoria and Community Based Service-Learning Programme at Rhodes bck体育app_bck体育官网下载-二维码平台.  

Mrs. Kristena Reddy assumed the role of Financial Administrator at Community Engagement in January 2023, leveraging her extensive experience cultivated during her successful 8-year tenure at Durban bck体育app_bck体育官网下载-二维码平台 of Technology. Mrs. Reddy's journey at DUT was characterized by diverse and impactful roles, where she showcased her versatility and proficiency. Serving as a coordinator and lecturer for General Education modules, research assistant, research project coordinator and a conference coordinator.

Her academic prowess aligns seamlessly with her professional achievements. Mrs. Reddy's research focused on Community Engagement, volunteerism, and student volunteer training underscores her commitment to fostering active participation and making a positive impact within communities.

In her current role as a Financial Administrator, Mrs. Reddy brings her administrative acumen to the forefront, effectively managing financial tasks while also championing the cause of community engagement.
